We are looking for a driven Sales Manager for our Graphical Paper Segment based in the UK that can show both new and existing customers the value of our sustainable products in the UK & Ireland region.

You will be part of our dynamic and innovative Sales Operations North Europe team, consisting of 8 people based across Sweden and the UK with a UK based manager.
Your future challenge
You will both develop and manage sales operations and current customers relationships for the UK and Irish market as well as seek out new customer relationships and new business opportunities within the graphical segment.
Your responsibilities are:
- Market Development: Identify and seize business development opportunities to position our company, brand, and products in the UK market. Identify, propose and implement local marketing activities.
- Business Acquisition: Prospect new accounts and build relationships from scratch to acquire new business opportunities.Negotiating deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Create, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and expand our customer base within the region.
- Industry Expertise: Gather and analyse market and competitor information and share your knowledge within the organization.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless cooperation with other departments within the company.
- Travel: Extensive travel to customers in the UK region and occasionally to our head office in Sweden.
To succeed in this role
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales within Graphical market, preferably from the magazine and/or retail segment and building close customer relationships, with experience in consultative sales.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent collaborative skills and responsive communication.
- Self-Starter: Strong self-leadership skills and proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Organized and Persistent: Target-driven and methodical in implementing and driving projects to successful results.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
- Driving License: In possession of a valid driver’s license.
